Welcome to worship at St Luke’s! Sunday morning services are often followed by a cuppa in the hall, subject to COVID restrictions. When possible, services are livestreamed from our YouTube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCJAL8289CyXTVBd-Y8dvT6Q

Each week during Lent, the Assembly will share a short reflection on themes that reflect both the Lenten season of preparing our hearts for Easter and the current season of the Uniting Church as together we reflect on how God is calling us to shape our lives.
Each week someone different from across the life of the Church will share a short reflection, a question to prompt further reflection and a short prayer.
The reflections are also available in audio form so that you can listen to them in your own time or share them with others during worship or small group.
We hope these reflections will inspire and nurture people in their journey of Lent and at the same time, in the context of the Act2 project, we hope it will open spaces for deeper reflection on what it means to walk with God through times of change and uncertainty, inspiring openness to new ways of being and living, as we consider the future of the Uniting Church.
Join Rev. Will Nicholas of St David’s Uniting Newtown – part of the wider Uniting Church community in Geelong – for a casual time of prayer by the Barwon River. Come any time from 8:30 and stay as long or as little as you like. Will is normally there until 10am.

Note that this is a MULTI-FAITH event.
These weekly sessions are taking place on Tuesdays 9 – 9.30 am AWST (Perth) | 11 am – 12.30 pm AEST (Sydney/Bris/Melb/Hobart), 10.30 am Adelaide
We will follow the successful format created by Fr Peter Martin, facilitator of Queenscliff Lonsdale Anglicans Prayers for COP 26
• 3 – 5 minutes introduction into silence by a guest speaker
• 25 minute meditation
• 5 minutes listening, non-controversial sharing time for those that want to stay on
It is felt that this will be a helpful, powerful way to bring about a solid set of resolutions at COP27 in Egypt during November 2022.
Please join us on our weekly Zoom meeting whichever Tuesday you can. You may want to make it a weekly, fortnightly or monthly personal commitment.
