Worship Life

Worship at St. Luke’s is an integral part of our community life. When we worship together we demonstrate to others an example of how to respond to God’s love. Worship is varied and all are welcome to join with us.

Sunday Service – currently 9:30am every Sunday

This service is a mixture of traditional and contemporary styles for all ages. Children are always most welcome in worship. There is an equipped Toddler area within the Worship space.  “Kids’ Church” runs on the third Sunday of the month in conjunction with Worship.

Update during Coronavirus restrictions

When we are able, we meet in person at Luke’s complex in Highton. During the tight COVID restrictions currently, we have returned to Online services (click the link above) – available through our Youtube channel from 7:30am on Sunday mornings.

When we meet in person, we Livestream these services when possible through YouTube . Services normally start at 9:30am. Please join us in person if you are well, or watch on Youtube.  For more information send us an email at info@stlukesuca.org.au

Midweek Service – 2.00pm on the second Thursday each month (except January)

This traditional service caters for people who find it difficult to attend church on Sunday mornings. It is followed by afternoon tea. Special afternoon teas are held mid year and at Christmas. During these times, please contact the Church Office (phone or email) a few days ahead so we can let you know what is happening – sometimes we need to book people in.

House Church – 7.00pm third Sunday of each month (except January)

House Church is an opportunity for informal worship. Meeting in homes participants enter into to discussion on issues of faith and living from a liberal theological perspective and small group sharing, belonging and caring for each other.

Messy Church 5-7pm third Friday of each month (except December and January)

A family time for having fun, being creative, exploring faith and enjoying a meal together – All Ages Welcome! Specific dates and further info
